He obtained his Law Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral.

He has experience in corporate, banking and financial law and provides legal counselling to several entities regarding matters regulated by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, the National Securities Commission and Argentina’s Financial Information Unit (FIU).

He conducts proceedings in different commercial jurisdictions and he is in charge of lawsuits and administrative claims portfolios.

He has various academic publications about corporate matters.
