As Treasury Attorney and Legal Administrative Secretary of the Argentine Treasury Department he was in charge of the legal state corps (more than five thousand lawyers), with a fundamental role in legal and strategic issues for the country.

He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral and a suma cum laude Master of Laws Degree (L.L.M,) from the University of Illinois, USA.

He took specialized studies in comparative law at Harvard Law School and in economics and political sciences at ESEADE.

Professor of Constitutional, Business and Banking Law in Universidad Austral (Argentina).

He has written books and dozens of articles for wide circulation newspapers and well-renowned journals about private, constitutional, administrative law and public policies. He has lectured at different local and foreign universities and forums.

He has participated in highly complex arbitration and litigation processes in Argentina and abroad. He provides counselling on constitutional and administrative law, economic and financial regulation. He has been lead counsel in different class action and has led public and private debt restructuring processes.
