She obtained her Law Degree in Universidad de Buenos Aires (Diploma of Honor) and has a masters degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral.

She provided legal counsel to the Cabinet of the Attorney General’s Office. At present she works with matters related to corporate law, litigations and bankruptcy.

She teaches corporate law in Universidad de Buenos Aires and has many publications about corporate matters.
