He obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (Argentina) and continued his studies abroad obtaining a Master’s Degree in Mineral Law & Policy from the University of Dundee (Scotland) and in-depth studies on the American System at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. (USA).
He has lectured at different local and foreign universities and forums. He has published various articles in specialized magazines.
He provides counselling on administrative, mining, environmental, oil & gas and energy law. He has structured high-complexity operations with international actors for the development of activities related to the exploitation of natural resources in Argentina. Furthermore, he has listed local companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the funding of projects in Argentina.
