Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires. He holds a Master’s in Administrative Law from Universidad Austral and an LL.M. in Mineral Law and Policy from Dundee University, Centre for Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy – Scotland, United Kingdom.

He served as the Director in charge of the General Directorate of Political Action at the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation and Coordinator of the Legal Department of ENOHSA (National Water Works and Sanitation Entity) of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Argentina.

He worked as a legal advisor for Rio Tinto (Internship Programme) for Latin America.

He was a legal advisor to the Secretary of Public Works and Services on matters related to tenders and public services for the Autonomous Government of the City of Buenos Aires. He also served as a legal advisor in the Natural Resources Commission and the Finance and Oversight Bodies Commission for the Constitutional Reform of the Province of Salta, Argentina.

He collaborated as an advisor to National Senator Fernando de la Rúa.

He has written articles on administrative, environmental, and mining law. He authored the book on the Mining Regulatory Framework for the Argentine NOA.

Currently, he advises national and international companies on matters related to mining, oil, environmental law, and natural resources in general.

He is a full professor of Environmental and Natural Resources Law, Mining Law and Business Management Diploma, and Administrative Law Diploma at the Catholic University of Salta.
