Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires. He completed a Postgraduate degree in Business and Economic Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina. He holds a Master of Law from the University of Dundee, Center for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy, Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom.

He has lectured on Sustainable Development of Lithium in Latin America and has published works on mining law.

He advised in the banking area and participated in debt restructurings, issuance of negotiable obligations, and M&A at the law firm Marval O’Farrell & Mairal.

He served as assistant to the Director of Political Action at the Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation of the Argentine Republic.

Today, he advises national and international companies on matters related to mining, oil, environmental, natural resources in general, and administrative law.
