He obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from the University of Illinois and a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from Universidad Central de Venezuela.

Trilingual corporate and business-oriented attorney with more than 10 years’ international experience in the negotiation of billionaire transactions in the telecommunication and steel industries.

He served as Senior Legal Advisor of ArcelorMittal. He was vice president of the legal, institutional relations and compliance departments in ArcelorMittal Venezuela, where he worked for 3 years. He worked as Nokia’s Legal Consultant and Compliance Officer for South America for more than 4 years. He was member of different law firms in the United States and Venezuela.
