He completed studies in business strategy and decision-making at the University of Washington in the United States.

He has over 20 years of experience working in the legal departments of multinational technology companies in the United States, holding various positions and leading teams responsible for Latin America, Canada, and the United States. His experience includes structuring and closing various commercial and corporate transactions, as well as managing and resolving diverse matters related to compliance, regulatory issues, and litigation.
