He obtained his Law Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from UADE.
He has been a director of Fortland Trading Co. Ltd since 2008, where he represents a great number of law firms in China.

Furthermore, he is the founding partner of SEDA Consulting Group providing counselling on trade and investment within the framework of the One Belt, One Road initiative.

He has extensive understanding of international trade and specifically on the
bilateral relationship with China and the Far East.

For 20 years now he has been living in Hefei and Taiwan, focusing on international trade between LATAM and China.
