He is a lawyer and holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Law from Universidad Austral, where he received academic distinction and an award for an outstanding thesis.

In 2024, he was selected by the United Kingdom government as a Chevening Scholar, which allowed him to specialize at the University of Dundee, Scotland, where he obtained a Master in International Minerals and Energy Law (LLM) with honors.

His practice focuses on administrative law, energy and mining regulation, development of regulatory frameworks, ESG standards, and legal advice for oil, gas, mining, and renewable energy projects.

He has experience in the public sector, where he served as Chief of Staff of the Office of the National Treasury Attorney, taking part in regulatory strategies, international arbitration, and legal coordination with federal agencies. In the private sector, he worked at firms specializing in energy, oil, gas, mining, and public services.

He provides advice in his practice areas to public agencies and companies from various sectors, particularly in the energy and mining fields.

He is a professor of Administrative Law at Universidad Austral, Universidad Católica de Salta, and Universidad del Museo Social Argentino. He has published articles and papers in specialized journals on public and private law.
