He obtained his Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from Universidad Austral with the highest grade point average of his year and a special recognition for his thesis.

He was Chief of Staff of the Treasury Attorney’s Office and has experience in the private sector as legal counsel in matters related to public, environmental, energy and economic regulation law.

He is a professor of administrative law in undergraduate and post graduate courses at Universidad Austral and has various publications about public procurement, financing and restructuring of sovereign debt.
