She obtained her Law Degree with honors from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral with a special recognition for her thesis.

In the business area, she was in charge of the legal department of Valle de Las Leñas S.A. and NDM Holding in Buenos Aires. She has over ten years’ experience providing legal counsel to the mining sector. She has published various articles about natural resources, mining and energy in specialized legal magazines. She has algo lectured and participated in many seminars about the mining industry. She is an independent reviewer of Revista Argentina de Derecho de la Energía, Hidrocarburos y Minería.

She provides counselling on mining, environmental, energy and regulatory matters.
