He obtained his Law Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (Gold Medal Award, 2000) and Master of Laws Degree (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (United Kingdom) where he received the Graduate Merit Award. He obtained an AlBan scholarship (High Level Scholarships from the European Union to Latin America). He obtained a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from Universidad de Belgrano (Argentina) and in Oil & Gas from the School of Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina).

He was Deputy Treasury Attorney and National Director of Rulings.

He has extensive experience in the private sector as consultant on administrative, exchange, litigation, arbitration and bankruptcy law. He provides counselling on matters related to the insurance and energy sectors.
