Guillermo Fleming

He obtained his Law Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral.

He has extensive experience in corporate, banking, financial and mining law.

He has taken an active part in M&A transactions and in securities offerings in the capital markets.

He advises companies regulated by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, the National Securities Commission and Argentina’s Financial Information Unit (FIU). He also specialises in legal counselling for domestic and international companies operating in the mining sector in Argentina.

He litigates before various jurisdictions and manages portfolios of labour, commercial, financial, banking and social security cases, as well as administrative claims.

He has published several academic works on corporate matters.
