He holds a Master of Law from the University of Dundee, Center for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy, Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom.<\/span><\/p>\n He has lectured on Sustainable Development of Lithium in Latin America and has published works on mining law.<\/span><\/p>\n He advised in the banking area and participated in debt restructurings, issuance of negotiable obligations, and M&A at the law firm Marval O\u2019Farrell & Mairal.<\/span><\/p>\n He served as assistant to the Director of Political Action at the Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation of the Argentine Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n Today, he advises national and international companies on matters related to mining, oil, environmental, natural resources in general, and administrative law.<\/span><\/p>\n
